domain Mochas.NET Mocha Coffee Type Domain Name

I am guessing to most of you the down-side is this is .net and not .com. REGARDLESS, Please submit an honest appraisal. What would this be worth to a reseller? What would it be worth to an end-user? Would you submit both appraisal prices to give me an idea? Also any idea on what website would be a good place to sell this domain?

In my opinion both the extension and the plural hinder this name. The problem with the extension is not just because it's not a .com. The maine issue is that .net is usualy used with tech/net names. I don't think any resseler would want to buy it.
As for the end user, it could have some value, if developed. But, in my opinion, even so it would not go over high $xx.
