MMORPG [Archlord] Fansite with traffic (730 uniques in March and growing) - $60

I'm selling this fan site because I don't have the time or desire to run it anymore.

Things to note:

- The first ever english language fan site for the Codemasters MMORPG 'Archlord'.
- It gets lots of traffic from the official site (archlordgame.com) and is at the top of their link list.
- Makes a small amount of revenue from Adsense (about $7 so far).
- Archlord is a highly anticipated MMORPG that is already making millions in Korea. This site covers the North American and European launch.


The hosting expires on April 7th and I don't plan on renewing it.

I have had sites like this before; they are easy to manage (hire on a staff and they'll run it for nothing) and when a large gaming network takes notice they can be sold for upwards of $1k.

Looks like Psychotomus was actually first to $60 - no big deal really, the game and its community is still relatively fresh and theres a while to go until it even hits beta, so still plenty of time to build myself a site from scratch :D

I'm really unsure what to do in this situation because I stated above that this was not an auction, therefore there is no set BIN. In that case, if I were to recieve a better offer than 60, I'd be quite inclined to take it.

To try to make things fair, I propose that the interested parties Private Message me their highest offer rather than posting it here for others to 'outbid'.

Thursday night, at 10:30 Atlantic Time (GMT-4), the highest offer in my inbox walks away with it.

Referal screenshots posted. As you can see, the site gets the majority of its traffic from the official game site.
