I just blogged an article titled "Misuse of ICANN PDP Chair Position to Relitigate Working Group Decisions"

I hope this demonstrates to all why Phil Corwin of Verisign should be removed as co-chair of the working group. Given the high stakes involved in the URS, now that it's going to be applied to the .org registry, much more public comment and attention is needed on all proposals, to ensure proper due process for registrants.
