Just posted an article documenting how the ICANN RPM PDP chairs are violating the rules:

Domain registrants are vastly underrepresented in that working group, and unless something changes, will face adverse consequences with bad policy proposals related to the URS, UDRP, etc. being put forth by the TM maximalists who dominate the group.

Folks can join the working group (https://community.icann.org/display/RARPMRIAGPWG , see FAQ on how to join as a member, not an observer) and participate directly.

At some point, there will be a public comment period, and folks should submit comments (although we saw how the .org debacle ignored those public comments).

Long-term, if they make a really one-sided policy that is lopsided in favour of TM holders and against registrants, perhaps a court would find it to be a contract of adhesion and set it aside.

Untill domain investment community comes with collective letigation solution, things will only get worse. Mark these words.
