Mirrored domains - How much do they loss in value?

how much do mirrored domains (after long-long redirect) loss their value?
10-15% ?
2/3 ?
loose all value ?
loose nothing, good names will allways be expensive?

For example, 1000$-domain will cost 300$ after mirroring (and ban in google)?

i don't mean PR value, i mean value of domain name itself.

For the domain, I don't think it affects the value. But for the other things like PR and backlinks, it may affect it a lot if those are lost.

I think it affects, but not much.
Maybe maximum loss of 1/3 ?
