Colleges, how do you suggest the value of the domain this year, I mean considering that the simple name doesn't influence that much?

those numbers don't mean to me and probably don't mean to majority of other domainers.

such specs, to me, don't have the obvious appeal, compared to a domain that speaks for itself.

I believe there are websites that can appraise your domains however, it really depends on the quality of the name itself if it's valuable.

- Language Words Domains : Smash.com, Bonjour.com
- Popular Keywords Domains :
MetaTravel.com, EnglishFirst.com

- Services Domains : Auditors.com, HandSanitizers.com

- .xyz above 100 extensions registered are very expensive
- one syllable .co like Leaf.co, Smash.co is very expensive
- animal .me like Bird.me, Pig.me is very expensive
- Popular name .me like Simon.me, Elizabeth.me is very expensive
- casinoonline and onlinecasino, eth, bitcoin, metaverse in all GTLDs and CCTlds are expensive
