In the lastest sale post from Mike Mann on Facebook today he sold BlueTrading.com and received payment in The Cryptocurrency Bitcoin.

At current bitcoin price that would be a total of 3.54 Bitcoin.

Mike Mentioned "guess I didn't entirely miss the BTC boat, got in on the peasant gally"

We might start to see a rise in Cryptocurrency domain sales and domains selling for Cryptocurrency alternative payments?

    What are your thoughts?

    Interesting as always!

I found another interesting thing I am sure you all interested to listen that:

Mike Mann marketplace Domainmarket.com have 324 more names listed for sale with "Trading" as keyword in them.

So there is very high probability to sale kind of name among such huge list.

    Anyways congrats to him!

Aren't some exchanges open for trading BCH? You can just convert it to BTC and sleep.

I hope Bitcoin does become the main means of domain name payment. I'm not having any luck in selling names for Bitcoin.

wonder if he's original owner since 2002... if so tghis was obviously not originally regged with bitcoin in mind.. like not at all.

either way.. another spectacular sale for anything but a spectacular domain
    from mm

15 years is long time to hang on to domain though. .if he's original ownr.

Most likely, and wisely, immediately converted to US dollars.
Won't be any left holding the bag on that mania. They'll take the bag too.

Some of the "Pro" predict that it's hit $5000 mark this year.

I won't speculate what is the right option, but if 5 years ago you cashed out even 100 BTC you would be feeling sick today.
