Really appreciate that you responded. I have seen a lot of CPC prices quoted to sell a domain. I realize it is ONE factor. What is your opinion about how weighty the CPC factor is?CPC's can change significantly in a short amount of time. CPC prices are set by competition among advertisers. If the number of advertisers drop for certain keywords, then the cpc will also drop. The number of advertisers is dependent on their ad budget and whether they feel they are getting their money's worth with CPC. Use to do a lot of CPC at one time, just wasn't worth it for me and quit all CPC ads.
Anyway, what I meant to say was, the $10.47 may be old information
Also, I thought the CPC figure was very high, not too low on the domain in question.Really appreciate that you responded. I have seen a lot of CPC prices quoted to sell a domain. I realize it is ONE factor. What is your opinion about how weighty the CPC factor is?
Depends on your primary focus for purchasing the domain. If my primary focus is to park the page and/or develop a great landing page to make continuing income, then CPC would definitely be factor. If primary focus is to sell the domain to a end user the CPC is secondary and I hardly use it all at to find value of domain name. Good keywords can generate some serious income and can have really good CPC rates but good keywords will also help sell the domain to an end user regardless of CPCWhat is your opinion about how weighty the CPC factor is?
