Mermet S.A.S., France, took offense on the Respondent’s use of the domain and its pricing at 150,000 euro; it holds the MERMET trademark since 2007. The domain, however, was registered in 1998 by Respondent Didier Mermet, who is using the domain as a portal for his family name. When pushed to sell, he simply stated the asking price to give up the rights to his investment.

The Panel here finds that the Complainant sincerely believes that the Respondent is attempting to profit from the registration of the disputed domain name. Therefore, the Panel considers that the Complaint was not initiated in bad faith and does not constitute an attempt at Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.

So you're safe from an RDNH finding as long as you're a complete idiot.
