UDRP Manga.io Hit with UDRP; Complainant Lost the Case

The domain name Manga.io was hit with a UDRP; the decision was made by the WIPO panel to deny its transfer. The domain was deemed generic; also, in the Panel’s view, the Complainant, Mangas.io, France, did not show that the Respondent knew or should have known the Complainant or its rights when registering the Disputed Domain Name.
