justmee.com is the site just without the domain, theres a PSD for the logo so you can change the domain to whatever you like on the logo.

It's just the meegos/site for sale.

Is there an admin panel to this script? How easy is it to add more meegos?

There's no admin, it's a matter of adding the meego then linking to it.
