I’m selling http://www.massrealestate.tv- a fully developed flash, php template, video real estate website. It's lready installed, hosted, and ready for different types monetization. This website allows the members to upload a 30 second tour video in multiple formats along with their classified listing and is perfect for the .TV extension. It allows you to dictate days of free memberships and change memberships at will from free to payed for however much you want to charge. Its set up so all you have to do is add your paypal email and the system is automized so the payments go automaticallyto you. You can also place your own banner ads. The developed website is already hosted and you must buy hosting with ahosting provider for $8.00 a month in order to maintain the website from the template creators (otherwise I can just sell you the domain name.) You can further resell the developed website for any price as long as you tell them this. I’ve already done the dirty work, added related Massachusetts real estate articles, some keywords, put all of the Massachusetts categories, and created a terms of service. You can add to and change everything I mentioned in the simple cms they have. I just did this the other day and realized I would rather spend time developing and optimizing the sites that I am actually interested in, but otherwise I’ll just keep holding on to this.
MassRealEstate.com is developed. Every us state and related ‘realestate’ names that I bothered looking up have been taken..
