So I've came across some domains that I like but they are listed a little to high for me.
I see one listed on Sedo but it is only for buy out, no where to make an offer, I guess I'll have to use someone to contact them?

I was thinking about using the $20 DomainAgents thing but is it guaranteed to work?

No guarantee. The domain owner doesn't have to answer requests from brokers and intermediate parties. Furthermore, the question is whether you will get the price down this way.
