The word 'medicant' is used almost exclusively by pharmaceutical organisations and the medical fraternity.
It means: medicinal substance, healing substance, medication, medicine, remedy, etc.
It is a somewhat archaic term, but it's useful insomuch that it is a 'catch-all'.
'Medicament' is used more often but it's not available for registration and I don't like the plural in any case.
I guess you could create a website that lists every medicine and herbal remedy known to man. Or one with sub-domains by major-pharma and list their pharmaceuticals therein. Or by disease etcetera. You get the drift.
A wonderful page dedicated to the unsung paramedics of the Ant Kingdom might be pushing it.
