I have been planning to develop LuckyClub.com for a few years now, but never got to it. Now I have a lowball private offer for the name, and I want to respond with a serious counter.

$75-100 undeveloped imo although the word lucky may be usable as a gambling site which would add value...

Thanks for the info. Actually I've had multiple offers quite a bit higher than that -- $1xxx -- so they are probably banking on the gambling angle. I guess maybe I should accept one of them.

Think it's a good name - but it's the old story - if someone wants it!
It's positive, fairly short, easy to spell, and very easy on the tongue.
It could be used for any type of entrepreneural venture, but yes, any form of elite gambling club where the punters are "lucky".
Think you could have an end user market, too, if you dont develop it yourself.

As far as unsolicited type in traffic this domain will not have too much of it since it is not keyword rich. As far as brandability, this domain is a good domain for a gambling type website. As a general rule the "club" extension is fairly popular and in your case LuckyClub certainly does work and does have a degree of brandability to it.

The fact that you have a few offers on it is also a good thing.
