Got a lowball offer on Property.cz

After Sedo fees and transfer fees it would have actually
cost me money to sell it :o . Any thoughts on value?

Actually there is a site http://www.nemovitosti.cz/

So English keyword + .cz TLD
IMO the name is still good but should be geared toward foreigners/expatriates.
The Czech Republic and Prague in particular are attracting growing numbers of foreigners and it's a popular tourism destination too.
I would try to get mid-$$$. IMO an it's more likely that you are dealing with an end-user than a reseller. I don't see the point of letting it go for cheap when you have nice development possibilities (JMO).

Think I'll hold on to it for a wee while longer seeing as Google
just bought the .cz version of their name
