I bought these domains a few years back planning to develop them however I have never had the time and now thinking of selling it for someone else to develop?

I would appreciate any thoughts and suggestions on the domain names and its value.

Would it be best to develop any?

Reg fee if anything imo. I'm in the same boat with a half dozen similar sites. Trying to dump them for $25 each right now.

You have TM issues with both names. So less than reg fee imho.

As stated, these are bad regs due to potential TM issues.

Microsoft does not take kindly to people using the XBox name. Just ask these guys: http://www.thexboxboys.com. The best thing you can do at this point is just delete the domains from your Godaddy account and chalk this one up to experience. IMO.
