When pre-screening, what minimum searches per month do you look for ?

There are plenty of low searches domains (say: less than 100 per month)
but having a high CPC (say 5 to 10$ per click) and a good number of advertisers (say ~10 or more).

I wonder if anyone has been successful with such low searches ?

It's hard just to pick 1 thing to look for. It's great to see a ton of searches for a phrase but the truth is that it isn't the only factor.

You could have something that has 110 searches, good cpc and a ton of ads or related websites.

That's why you have to experiment a bit and see what works for you. Also, look into recent sales and see if you can notice any patterns as to why what sells. Did it have the metrics you believe are important?

Anyway, that's how I do things...

heuhhh... May be I was not quite clear

I find tons of keyword domains with very low searches, good cpc and tons of ads.

I am wondering if it's a good track to follow. May be these domains are not worth the effort. I am also wondering if anyone has had success with such domains.

It's very hard to find any of such domains on namebio.

Again it's a hard answer to give.

I have sold domains that had 14K search volume, low ads, low cpc.

I have also been able to sell a domain name that had low searches (around 260-480) that had great CPC as well.

I know what your trying to say but the thing is there is NO real answer or formula to it all.
