Low EPC in Sedo for adult traffic [Need Advice]

I had a domain with adult traffic.

The mainly traffic is come from fr.

The EPC is low, only 0.03, and the keyword is "XXX picture"



Please give me some suggestion to improve the EPC.

I had tryout parked, but for adult domain, I found Sedo is better than Parked
For parked,
epc below 0.1 USD and CTR Reduce to 15% since it is a 2 click page.
Revenue is also lower than Sedo.

May you please suggest some better keyword or better parking company to me.
