Godaddys appraisal system is pretty poor. Unfortunately they just dont hold up much to the real sales value, but how many actually do? .fm domains are difficult to sell and have expensive renewal fees. I myself own Religion.fm / .am - which Ive held nearly 3 years. I wouldnt have regged this one, Love.fm - definetly.
