My first comment is that I hope you didn't pay for the appraisal from GoDaddy,
they are less then worthless.

I like .cc for development but they dont have much resale value,
maybe $xx for doll.cc

Strong keyword would make this domain have value in any extension.

Not sure about development on .CC but obviously nice keyword. Recent sales data does not support strong valuation.

Mid $xx to very low $xxx. IMO.
