Carolyn,

Thanks for your response. Sorry, I got busy yesterday and this morning. I thought about a tech blog site also sorta built around a tech info search engine.

I paid for an appraisal as shown below. I thought it was a bit low. What did you have in mind.

EXPRESS DOMAIN NAME APPRAISAL - 02/24/2007 Appraisal Number: 78252 Domain Name Appraisal for: TECHBUZZ.INFO Estimated Value: $48.00 - $125.00

Thanks

$48-125 is a GREAT price IMO, sell that baby for $100 for a quick sale.

Was that the reply you got from the potential buyer? If so, he gave you a big open invitation to up the price when he said, "I paid for an appraisal as shown below. I thought it was a bit low. What did you have in mind." Wow, that was nice of him. I wish more of my buyers would say things like that.

humm...
Not sure if owner of techbuzz.com is just pulling your leg.
techbuzz.com is not developed site and suppose to be web site development firm?

If current owner of techbuzz.com is not utilizing .com version, what make you think he/she will have use for .info version?

TechBuzz has some history behind the site. But im guessing the owner hasnt really paid much attention to domain valuation in recent years. If the owner is leaving the door open like that, I would probably let him know that you had $500 in mind initially. But if he wanted to make this a fast smoothe transaction, you could let it go for $350. I think if you get any money for this domain name, jump on it and celebrate.
