Looking to hire full time designer!!

Requirements:

• Must be Creative
• Time is valuable, designs must be completed within a day or two at the most.
• You will be working at a cost of about $150-$200(tops) per design.
• You will either have to code the site as well within that budget, if you can't do it you may use that budget expense to have somebody else do it.
• Must be VERY responsive via email when contacted.
• Must be high quality SEO friendly sites.

• Assuming how much work we're getting, you determine how much money you want to make by how much time you spend to designing.

About Us:
We are the UpBrand (site still being worked on as we speak). This will be a marketing company dedicated to businesses in Austin, Texas and helping them get ahead of their massive competition. Our main starting focus will be restaurants/bars. You will have to have the ability to design tons of restaurant sites, but make them all unique. We will begin to focus on wide variety of types of businesses before long though.

We are in the process of moving to Austin right now. We will be done there August 31st and the business will begin once we get settled, some time in the first week of September more than likely. So this won't be immediate, but not THAT far in advance either.

Are you going to provide high-quality photos / graphics / logos for each individual business?
(In general) What type of coding do you expect to be providing your customers? Customizing open-source CMS's?

Depending on your answers, I might be qualified to do great work for you.

Your site looks just like almost every other professional site these days. I honestly might be a bit too original for you and your clients, but I'm still interested in the other answers.
