I am looking to hire a programer for a completely custom web design project.

The requirments are:

Must know Php, Mysql, Xhtml, CSS, and design in photoshop.

Must have time to work on this, if you have other projects or work and will have an hour a day thats not what i am looking for.

Dont PM me telling me how much you charge by the hour, price will be discussed based on the project.

Everything will be exsplained to the person who is chosen, what must be done.

Must have a portfolio of completed works.
