Looking to form a SOLID team of designers/developers

I am looking to form a solid team of designers and developers prior to the relaunch of my web development site. I want to be able to offer all aspects of web development, so I need a rock solid team that can work together on projects. Pay will be project based, and depend on the work you put into each project. I need everything from logo designers, coders(php/css/html),to marketing/seo specialtists, and anything in between.

If you are interested in joining me and willing to work on projects as a team please PM me and include your area of expertise and some work examples.

Once my site is live it will be obvious that my team is tight knit, so you will be listed on the website as a team member. All projects done with the team will remain in My sites portfolio, but you will have credit for your portion of the work done as well.

If you have a current client base and would like to bring them with you that is ok too...

If anyone will read the details.... I am not looking for an existing team! I am looking to form one, so all companys, please stop responding. Any freelancers, yes you can respond... But I dont have the $$$ to pay for an already existing team, thus, that is why I am wanting to form one.
