Hi there,

I'm currently seeking skilled freelance web developers who are availiable to do at least 3 hours of solid work per day.

I will be taking in projects (95% PHP/MySQL) from companies and current clients alike, and will be managing a team of coders (you!) that will do the work.

A typical job will go as follows:

- I take the job from the client
- I forward all nessecary detail to you and have you review it on your own
- We converse via telephone and you give me a quote on the amount of hours the job should take as well how many hours per day you will be working on it.
- You're paid via PayPal or cheque once the work is completed and delivered.

I will need about 3-5 developers (from anywhere -- discussion will be via MSN and telephone). You may work everyday, you may work only a couple times per week -- this is a part-time position. Payment will be $16.50/hour.

For each hour that is worked, you will deliver a report on what was done for that hour. As a web developer myself, I will be able to comprehend this information.

If you are not availiable to converse via MSN and telephone (or Google Talk, Skype, etc.), then you need not apply.

You must be well spoken in English (verbal and textual) and be availiable to dedicate at least 3 hours per day.

Please apply with an introductory paragraph and a portfolio of previous work by emailing me at:

Regards,
Mike

After a few people contacted me, I think I need to make this clear:

Pay is HOURLY. The hourly payment is $16.50. We don't do per-project rates!
