Looking for websites in the $xxx range.

Here is what I am looking for:

- Sites in the $xxx range

- Fully developed sites for the most part, sites that do not require constant content update are ideal

- Traffic, links and SEO optimization are not required as long as the site is solid, but these will factor into the price I'm willing to pay

- Not interested in forums, proxy, and free hosting related sites
