I have cash reserves in the $XX,XXX range and I am investing most of it in established sites with traffic/revenue.

Criteria:

1. Must be .com or .net
2. Minimum 1,000 uniques/month (3+ months stats)
3. Minimum $25/month in parking, adsense, etc revenue (3+ months stats)
4. Can be established or parked sites, but prefer established sites/forums
5. No adult names

or is it just LosAngelesCalifornia DOT us ?

Yes, LosAngelesCa would be ok as well, as long as the "exact" google monthly search results are greater than 20K. I've received a few good names. I will review them tonight and make purchases so keep em coming.

What multiples are you paying for revenue domains?

6-12+ month multiples on revenue domains....depending on the quality of the name, age, traffic quality, keyword cpc, etc. I'm interested in making long-term investments in a few really good traffic domains/sites and I am willing to pay what they are worth.

There must be some traffic/revenue forums and/or mini-sites out there that people want to sell. I purchased an established forum recently that I am pleased with and I am looking for more.

I have the cash on hand so if you are too busy and need to offload a site or two (non-adult) for some cash let me know....
