Looking for volunteers/staff for BorgWeb

I am working on a new site, http://www.borgweb.com, it will be a tool for buying, selling and trading downloadable products and software with the site points (BorgPoints or BP$). Currently you can submit Gmail and Google Analyics Invites to receive points or 1 per post and 3 per thread in the forum.

I am looking for volunteers to work with me at creating graphics/designing the website, PHP/MySQL coding and some moderators/administrators. This is not a paid position, but may be enjoyable.

Requirements:
Trusted NamePros, TAZ or DigitalPoints Member (High REP/Trade Ranks)
Must have examples of work (portfolio or different sites)

Perks:
If the site is successful you may make some money
Unlimited email addresses (@elseif.info, @borgweb.com, @d1r.info)
