Hi,

As some of you may know, I just made www.LawFAQ.info - I have most of the FAQ done now, but I want to make sure the information I have is accurate.

Also, I was informed that I would need a "carefully-worded disclaimer" for this type of site. Is the one I have good enough?

Yea, the disclaimer looks ok.
If you have a link to the place you got the info from (which you do), and it is a trused one, you should be fine
