I'm looking for a few domains that earn a small revenue each month. I just got started with parking sites and I'm trying to build up to the point where I can join sedo pro. Or one of the other big guys that require a minimum monthly income.
Criteria
- Earns at least $8 per month.
- Earns less than $5 per day. I know its an odd request, but my thinking is that I'd rather buy 50 names that average $1 per day than 1 at $50 per day.
- Seller Must have stats for at least 6 months. 1 year prefered. I will pay higher if I can see the traffic and earnings are consistent over a longer time.
- I prefer .com, I don't mind hearing offers on others but am not as interested in them.
- Type in traffic only. I have no interest in Backlinks/pr related traffic that will eventually die out. I intend to hold the domains long term.
- Typo's are good, but of generic terms without TM issues. IE cabelmodem is OK, but youtubr is BAD.
- Please PM names don't post in thread. I would prefer to keep my deals private.
- Include either a BIN price or a reasonable price range. I don't have a problem with paying multiple years revenue. The better the name and stats/history the better the multiple.
I have access to a budget of 25k so I shouldn't have any problem doing a bulk purchase. if the right offer comes along However I am still very new at this so I am only expecting to spend around 10%-20% of my total budget right now. I want to get my feet wet and see how I do before I get in too deep.
