Looking for a domain with parking earnings.

Required

• 10 months of Rev is what I am willing to pay so send the history
• Don't want anything with less then 5 months of history.
• Rev must be spread out. Ie. Steady. If you made 5 bucks in one day and zero for the rest of the 10 Months. I am not offering 50. I want steady data.
• Again - Take the average month price multiply by 10. If you have 6 months parked - and you had one month $6 and the other 5 months it earned 0 - This is considered 1 dollar a month - take that , multiply by 10 and you have your price.
• I dont want names that made 50 a month last year, but havent made a cent this year. It needs to be current.
• one more time because I know im going to get 100 non related offers
  • [(total revenue)/how many months it is spread across]x10 = my price

Basicly. If you made 120 last year I'll pay 100 for it. And so on.

Total budget is 100 -200 but that doesnt mean I am paying 200 per. The 10 month model is firm don't message me if you are not interested because if I get any messages like. It made 20 cents last month. Price is xxx I will not respond.

for a domain making $5 a month, every month for the last 6 months = $30

are you are offering 10 x's $30 which is $300?

or are you offering 10 x's $5, which is $50?

for generic, type-in traffic names , multiples can exceed 10 yrs or more.

for someone who took the time to search and secure a "profitable" name that makes at least $5 a month, what you're offering doesn't even take the "intrinsic" value of the domain into consideration.

you're trying to buy a revenue stream, and for one that produces $5 a month, $50 isn't comparable.
