i want my site to have some high ranking,right now im doing ppc, which isnt working out,im looking into seo help so someone can help me move up on pr in google,yahoo, msn etc. and i need some help doing that, i dont have a huge budget but i need some help.thanks

As you have mentioned that you need seo help. As far as I know. You need to do the folowing :-
1. You have to update you site regularly.
2. Practice link Exchange with high page rank site.
3. Meta tags, use specific keywords.
4. Write articles, USe signatures.
5. Use robot.txt
6. Submission to Search Engine, Directories and Educational Bodies.
This would help you to increase your page rank a lot.
