Looking for savvy business person (broker) to help sell one of my online communities

I don't have the time or energy to sell AskHow.Net like I want to but it's time to move on as I've got many other projects on the go. I would like to have someone help me broker this community where you'll be putting it up for sale and making 10% commission for the sale. If you can prove you've helped other previous forum masters with their sales we can discuss a more suitable rate of commission. The more it sells for the more you'll make.

I've never done this before so I'm not sure if 10% is a fair rate, but I'm looking for at least $5k to $10k for this community. The brand name AskHow is terrific and the web site has been online for years. I guess you can say I jumped on it way to quick when I initially purchased it and didn't realize how much time it would take to maintain it as a online forum community. I do know that someone else can take my place and really market it properly.

There is roughly ~2k members, ~3.5k threads, ~13.7k posts and is currently running vBulletin owned license. All this will be included in the sale. Other investments have been purchased such as photo posting gallery, auction system for mini-user-to-user auctions, top list for members to add their urls and online flash games and much more. Again, it's ready to go just needs marketing and more end user discussion.

I'm looking for a quick sale here and not a long drawn out process.
