Looking for free forum software with Chinese support

Looking for forum software, preferably free, with decent Chinese language support. I've done some searching, and came accross SMF. (MyBB doesn't have an official Chinese language pack yet)

If anyone has any examples of some sites, please post some URLs.

And once a forum is launched in a specific language, are you stuck with that? For example, if you have a global audience, can a forum have the option for the user to switch between different language menus, like theme switching?

Although, if SMF supports it use SMF. It's much better than phpBB, and SMF is more similar to vBulletin.
