I'm looking to develop some of my sites, and also make a couple of new ones, but I need some help!
(Coding and Graphics)
1. Game - undecided on what exactly it will be, but it will be something that will pull in lots of people
I will need: 2 coders (good with PHP and SQL) and a graphical designer

I can provide costs for whatever the project needs, the revenue would be split between the people (eg. for the rating site 50/50 - the game 25/25/25/25 etc.)
If the site is sold, each of the people recieve the same amount, but the site is only sold if the majority votes for the site to be sold.
