I am developing a web desinging solutions site where There will be all web solutions !

So i am searching for graphics and PHP Coders

1 Graphics Experince : Can create any layout and images.
1 PHP Coders : Can create big scripts !

Here are the things which really need to be described !

For Example Our Solutions site got 100$ projects..40$ will be given to graphics designer and 40$ to the coders and 20$ will be saved for funding of the site !

For Example we get a logo done for a company and he pays 50$.40$ Will be given to the graphics designer and 10$ will be saved for site funding !
