This has been my nemesis. So difficult to find a business name with the matching .com
Up to this point been using VentureWest.ca
But does the .ca set me back in the world of business? Is it recognized and respected?
I found a name but the .com is gone
I could have the name in .net extension. It is a nice fit, but is .net
I can register the .ca version, but this is a worldwide business venture, as even here there are people from every country in the world.
I can shove a hyphen in there, the hyphen looks/fits ok, but I dont care for hyphen.
Alternate .com available, ends in options. Its nice but my original name I wanted is much nicer. Maybe I continue my search.
My business includes buying/selling names, seo and website development. I also want to trademark a name here shortly, so my name/brand has to fit a variety of ideas.
Is .com THAT important, or .net is ok with marketing efforts. Being Canadian, the .ca makes me tingly but what about someone from Belarus? Does .ca look like a .us, just a flop
Thanks in advance for your input and advice
