Looking for a vBulletin tournament mod

I'd like to be able to have some design a system where members on my site can go to a tournaments section of the site and buy into a tournament via paypal. After buying in, the person/team will automatically be assigned to a section of the bracket (The bracket could look something like a march madness one). I would also have the option to move a person/team to another spot on the bracket.

It would have to work through the login system that vB already has and display the user name(s) from the forum that paid into the tournament to show up in the bracket.

In other words, if the players name is tim... tim can go to the tourney section of the site. View the available tournaments, click join tournament, pay to join the tournament and then tim sees his name in the bracket.

Is this something possible/how much time would it take/what price?

Wow. This would require a lot of work. Do you have any details?
My guess is that it may end up costing you at least $300 for a custom script.
