Looking for a reliable Hosting w/t Unlimited Bandwidth?

I am running a site in a linux server with 500 GB of space and 10GB of Bandwidth!.
I never had any problem with the hosting until last month . Currently the server's uptime decreases from 99.9% to 73.3% resulting to a problem.
I am looking for a reliable(maximum uptime) of the following criteria:
500GB(or more) Disk Space
Unlimited Bandwidth
Unlimited FTP accounts
Unlimited Subdomains
PHP/MY sql databases/Perl/CGI/Joomla/.htaccess
SSL
99.9% to 100% network uptime
Regular Backup
Top Technical Support

I would appreciate if anybody could help me out of this! I need this asap bcoz I will be moving the server soon! No PM! Please list here!

You will find it difficult to find an affordable and reliable dedicated server that offers unmetered/unlimited hosting. Try and work out how much you will need, and add a little extra in case your site gets more popular.
