Ok, Im currently looking to offload one of my biggest sites onto another provider.

Here is what I require:

• 3-6GB HDD Space
• At Least 100GB Bandwidth
• Linux Based
• cPanel, Directadmin or simalar control panel
• Must have stats software installed (preferably both awstats and webalizer)
• unlimited mysql db's
• unlimited email accounts
• no stupid hdd limitations on the databases
• 99.9% uptime with credit if uptime falls below this
• 24/7 onsite support staff
• host must be reputable -- no new hosts or resellers. Must not be placed on a VPS!
• ability to have unlimited addon domains

You also have support staff to pay -- I don't know how much you spend on support staff, however I wouldn't imagine it'd be that much, lets say it is around $50/month on average.

Where can we get techs at that price, that sounds super cheap! :o

Honestly, overselling or not, it's the OP's decision to choose someone for the price, not the specifications, or vice versa. I'm sure he isn't interested in these divergent details about "overselling" and most end-users with basic research know how to judge on their own when their criteria for various requirements change. If in doubt, they can discuss with their webhost privately

Thanks Cyberian...damn, I go away for one day and I come back to another overselling war. Put simply -- I don't care if the host I go with oversells...i am with hostgator, have been for years...they oversell, big deal.

I'm not a "newb" when it comes to hosting so I am usually able to tell when someone is assuming that I am

eukhost: I'm sorry but after looking at some reviews about you and finding around 95% of them were awful I will not be able to host with you.

Cameron: I'm currently considering your offer -- although I may go for one of your VPS plans as I am more comfortable running my own environment

ManXP: Thanks for the offer, however your website is down, and the siteuptime stats are not showing 99.9, they are showing 99.6 (not that that really bothers me though ) -- I'll see if I can get on your site a little later.

Now guys, I really don't want this thread to be re-filled with rubbish...just offers. I don't care about overselling, I'm fully aware of its concepts, pitfalls, etc
