There are too many confusing web hosting offers. They all start to look the same. Am I missing something or will any of them do?

I have a basic site I'm using to rent my house out. The site is mostly just text and pictures, but with a photo tour of an additional maybe 10 pictures using some script to show them all on the same page.

I only expect the site ot be up for maybe 3 months (at most) until the house is rented. If I get a future vacancy, I want to be able to put it back up quickly.

This site will only be advertised locally on signs, in the newspaper, etc. How much BW do I need? What hosting sites accept paypal? I see a lot of offers in the webhosting offers section. How do I comapre them? Which ones are easy and relaible?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Jim,

The best thing I can say is to keep it simple there. You probably aren't going to need much in the way of transfer or space for the site. I'd say 100-250 MB of space would be more than enough and around 5-10 GB of transfer for plenty of room. I'd narrow it down to the hosts that offer something along these lines and then try to find out about them. Try a search on Google or on {Edit by Sabre:} Other Domain Related Forums for instance.

Most hosts will accept Paypal in this day and age. Just check their FAQ or site information to see.

Hope that helps get you pointed in the right direction.
