Looking for a domain parked page service with no ads showing on page

Right now I have my domains listed at Sedo with the Sales Lander page, which is the one that very prominently says "Buy this Domain." I switched to that lander last year since I wasn't making much on the parking anyway, and wanted to focus more on selling the name.

But the Sales Lander on Sedo still shows ads, and I'd love to have a lander that does not have ads on it. I don't buy TM names, but I have had cases where I bought a domain and then some time later someone starts a business with the same name, gets a trademark, and then comes after the name. Even though I bought the name first, it's still an fight I don't need. And having advertising on a parked page makes my fight more difficult.

So, 1) is there some lander Sedo can do without the ads, that I don't know about?

And, 2) is there another parking/brokerage company that offers such a page?

I know simply offering the name name for sale shows bad faith if a TM dispute comes up, but at least the ads are off so it's one less issue. I'm even considering just forwarding all my names to a page that says simply, "If you have any questions about the domain name you've just keyed in, please contact me." and then have a contact form. That would be legally better, although it's not going to convert as well as a For Sale page.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

There are cheap For Sale pages for sale over at www.themeforest.net (and maybe also at www.codecanyon.net). You will need some cheap hosting to use them. But I presume you already have some hosting you can use. Or you could always produce your own.

look in Sedo under...

Partner Program, Integrations, Basic Integration Facts

forward them one by one through your registrar.

I have been busy building sites but almost caught up. When I'm done going to tweak one of my domain sales sites and go full throttle at it like the old days, was considering taking others domains as well or launching a seperate site for other members domains but would have to have some quality to them as I want a market of good domains instead of having to sort through 100,000 to find the 5 decent ones.

With 3,000 domains, one-by-one is way too much work.

Thank you. But I'm looking to have it set up where a broker handles the transaction, not me. I've found that having a Buy Now page on Sedo makes the buyer 1) feel more confident about the purchase over an individual/small company and 2) makes the price sound more firm than on a page put up buy the name owner, and 3) an unsophisticated buyer is very confident with the Sedo escrow, even over escrow.com.

Plus, with 3,000 names I couldn't handle all the work to set up all these pages for each name. I could just forward them all to one page, I suppose, with a parameter that passes the domain name to the page display. I'd still have to go in and set up 3,000 individual forwards.

I'm really surprised I've not heard about another parking company that lets you just set your nameserver to the comapny's and then set the landing page as a simple For Sale page with no ads. Well, I think I can do it at Afternic, but don't like their interface.

Angle would be brokering it for them and taking a cut so parking income is replaced with a sales cut. I have done this for others but the most I ever took from 1 guy was 100+ .coms, unlikely I would want all 3,000 of them. For a parking service with a market built in Sedo, Aftermarket, BuyDomains would make perfect sense for them to offer this. If a stand alone monetization service then I agree no income to be made.

With 3,000 domains, one-by-one is way too much work.

Could always grab your own domain sales script and build your own site and then just bulk forward them all to the homepage.

Understand your point, of course. But in my case, I have names that sell for the high x,xxx to low xx,xxx and have no traffic to speak of. I don't care about any minuscule ad revenue, those are pennies compared to the name sales. And so it's more important to have one less problem in case someone creates a trademark related to the domain name wording before I catch it happening, as just happened to me. Better to have no ads on the page. With all the Reverse Domain Name Hijacking going on, I'd think lots of people would be interested in this option.

Personally, I'd be willing to pay to park my names somewhere like Sedo, without ads on a page. They shouldn't charge, since they make money on the name sale, but still, I'd be willing to pay. I've told Sedo my need for this but if you know Sedo, you know they don't care about customer ideas.

slobizman - I've been also using the Sedo's sales lander page for a while, which was customizable in terms of image and looked nice until they replaced it with the new awful 'Sales Crush'. Now I just forward some of my domains to the Sedo's offer page directly using the following format:
https://sedo.com/search/details.php4?domain=yourdomain.com

Maybe this could be an alternative to consider, as it doesn't include ads (if it still matters). This approach has some disadvantages though:
1. You don't have the separate unique visitors and offer views stats
2. If you price your domains, the prices may be cached by such services as screenshots.com and archive.org.
3. You have to forward domains one by one as the url differs (though I guess it's possible to forward all names to a single url processed at your hosting which will forward the request further to the required Sedo page based on a given domain name - just a guess with its own possible cons, but still).
4. This may stop working as soon as Sedo changes this url format.

We at Bodis have this option, called "Skip Parking". This lets you set your domains to our name servers and select the Skip Parking icon.

When you visit the domain it goes directly to the for sale page. However, we only support it for the domains set via BIN price currently. Which means the sale goes through our market escrow.

I was just going to suggest the Bodis For Sale at BIN system to slobizman, also.

DomainNameSales.com added this a little while ago, 1 click in your settings sends all of your domains to an impressive sales page.
