I've had very good success with a single offering format before so I'm going to try it again.
I'm buying ONE, UNO, EINS name for $400 or more depending on the name.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:The domain must be AT LEAST 10 years old. With at LEAST 6 tlds taken.
NICHE: BUSINESS/SCIENCE/LIFESTYLE/ or 4L.com
I will only respond to those who follow this guideline with a DEAL(one lucky person) or not interested.
If you are submitting Business/Science/Lifestyle .com's, it's gotta have at least $4k end user value ( resellers expect a minimum 10x investment return to an end user on average).
Here are some real world examples of .com's that sold in auction on NJ ,GD or Flippa in my price range within the past year. I'm looking specifically for names of this quality. Length doesn't matter to me if it's a good name within it's respective niche. I'm not saying 25L+ but I can handle a good 20L name if it's something that has clear end user value.

For 4L's I'm looking for something that doesn't have w,u,k,v,r,q. Semi-Pronounceable/Pronounceable. It's gotta be something that can be put on BB easily. I like names that end with TH, AZ, ET, EH, EM, EZ, EX, EL,OM,OL,OZ,OX,OH,OT.
