Yeah scrap all that and just reply with something like:
Thank you for your offer. If you can increase your budget to $750, we can proceed via Escrow.com.
Regards,
[your name]
That leaves things cordial and open for you to backtrack and accept a lower offer if you can't seem to get them to budge.
If you really don't want to name a price.....
Thank you for your inquiry. I'm sorry to say that in order to sell, I would need to see a higher offer.
Keep it simple....... imho.
Remember, they came to you! The less talking you do now, the better.
Side note: I would at minimum remove the domain from your thread title.... kinda late already though:

Yea I suspected it was bit much! Lol
I was going to go with $xxx and leave it with just that. Like
"$xxx?"
I'm going to counter with a " I currently have offers substantially higher than $50. None that inspire me to sell. I am rich so I can afford to wait , but I'm open to selling at RIGHT PRICE. You are welcome to resubmit a better offer as $50 is just too low to cover my costs. I'm a business not a charity. There are domains of less quality within your price range. Please try your like with those. You've made the right choice in reaching out to me because you know this domain is valuable. Your next offer should reflect this. But do hurry as I'm close to accepting an offer and this particular domain is getting offers daily. So for you tomorrow might be too late! Act now. Thank you and good luck!"
How's that ? Too much?lol I don't like the idea if giving out prices as who knows how deep any offerer's pockets are.
But I suspect this reply will scare them away? But is a bad thing?
Hhahaahahaha...
Thats a bit hectic dude lol, I think your reply is basically telling him/her to "f*ck off" ... lol
SillyYou can't base price on the buyer, base price on what you would be happy to accept.
LESS is more, you got the inquiry in English, correct?
Thank you for your inquiry for XXXXX
The retail price is US$XXXX or best offer
What is your best offer please?
