I would like to know what it's worth, just because I've recieved an offer on it last week... ;)

I would appreciate if you'll PM your appraisals -

Have a nice W.E :kickass:

I remember watching that animated cartoon series while growing up in former Soviet Union back then. I would definitely sell it, since it could be hard to sell that name to anyone esle later if you decide to pass on this opportunity. You might end up sitting on that name forever, renewing and waiting for the right offer which might never come again. You should sell it, IMO. Good luck.

Just like cybermonkey, I grew up on that cartoon! Lovely memories.
Depends who is buying, but selling it wouldn't be such a bad idea at this time. The domain itself consists of dictionary names and it is very creative. But keep in mind that in Russia, practically everyone will recognize the name, so there is some value in it. I don't see a non-Russian buying it.

First of all, thanks for those answers, cybermonkey & artashes !
Well...
I've got an offer for 100 EUR.
I guess I should sell it, like you both mentioned :)
And as for "I don't see a non-Russian buying it" - I'm NOT russian, and I've bought it... LOL

p.s - the buyer sent his mail to me from .RU server... he IS russian...

A 100 EUR sounds like a lowball offer to me. The price should be reasonable, but not that ridiculously low.

100 EURO is way too low in my perspective, knowing well they will make their money back in a matter of weeks.

NuPogodi.RU is taken, and quite honestly, if they release it in Russian webspace, .RU is more logical for many. However, .RU seems to not see a lot of action, and in my view, .RU is more valuable than a .COM in this situation. Nevertheless, you should expect to get at least around 400-500 EUR for it (I am NOT an expert). Everything in Russia costs money, especially if you want to run a business. So if they want it - let them have it. The name "NuPogodi" cannot be substituted with anything else that will buy them as much attention PR.

Its plain simple...I am sure they can afford much more than a lousy 100 EUR.
600 EUR would be a reasonable price, IMO.

I was watching those cartoons too :)

Counter with 300EUR, I think settling somewhere on 200 would be ok, I doubt you'll get another buyer anytime soon...

WOW !
Thanks for all of those answers, guys !
I've contacted this guy on the 02/04/08 - telling him to send 100EUR to my paypal.
Up untill now he has'nt replied, neither sent the cash.
I'll pull back from this sale and *not* sell it to him @ 100EUR.
I've sent him an email telling him I'll be glad selling it not less than 600EUR.
Meanwhile, I'll keep this DN in my showcase... who knows, eh ?
Maybe one day I'll get lucky :D
