advice Logo for Advises for Portfolio.

Some of NP threads mentioned about creating their own portfolios, it's giving me some guts to arrange some time to design some logos for my portfolio and I guess I can spare some time against laziness, I like to know what kind of logo people would preferred to like? Plz give some advise.

1. Simple and Flat

2. Diversified & mixed looks.

3. Colorful and Fun

4. Sport? I don't know how to describe this kind.

5. 3D Kinds

Any examples?
