LLN are usually worth a bit more than NLL, NNL, NLN, LNL but I don't think any 3 mixed character .us is worth more than regfee unless it has some special meaning eg. H20, PS3 etc. See http://www.3character.com/priceguide.html for a general price guide..

Wouldn't NNL be worth more since there are less numbers than letters? I am talking all extensions here, not just .US.

Yes, agreed.

You won't find a bigger .US fan than myself - they have buttered my bread for the last couple years, and I've sold some great 3 letter .US domains into the $X,XXX range, but random mixed character .US names are simply not worth much. For some additional perspective, keep in mind that even .com domains of mixed characters are not worth large money in most cases, unless they have some significant acronym or meaning.

That's true NNL (and LNN, NLN) are rarer but I think people prefer to have two letters rather than two numbers for some reason.. I'm always on the lookout for my initials and a random number or initial-hyphen-initial, maybe lots of people think like that + that's why the prices are slightly higher..??
