Value Of LLN and NLL .biz Names

LLN and NLL .net names are now going for around $20+ depending on the letters and numbers and 3 LLL .biz names are now going for around $50+ so what do you think the value of LLN and NLL .biz names is right now and say in 6 or 12 months.
