New Member Disclaimer: Four letter domain names are a relatively new investment category that is only beginning to gain traction in Dotcom. This domaining sector offers potentially larger returns than traditional revenue or traffic based domain names, however with this investment opportunity comes extravagant risk.

I'm buying into quality llll nets right now ~ got about 100 and plan to get another 400 more
cheap registration @ $5 or so each
a few will sell to end users and a few will make ok ppc
and most will clear for $5 - $10 by year end if I don't wish to renew

no lose deal imo

Today Sedo received funds for my first LLLL.net end-user sale APNL dot net 450$. Currently I have ~200 LLLL.net domains that I regged approx. 1.5 months ago (I had personal promotion and could get it for just 4$ each). Pay attention that buyer either purchased both APNL dot com and dot net, or preffered APNL dot net to com, because of price (dot com price is in 5000$ region!). Happened what I predicted (LLLL.net have end-user market because of expensive LLLL.coms). Premium LLLL.net can have bright future IMHO and in 1-2 years their reselling price will be in 20-40 region.

Very nice Ergo, if you can find nice LLLL.com's that are nicely developed, buying the .net is a no brainer. I'm glad I bought a hand full of these a few months back, this just gets better and better every day.

looks like the premium 4 letter nets are being bought up a lot more than the vcvc right now - personally i prefer the cvcv to the premium 4 l dns so theres still plenty to pick right now

Would "W" count as a vowel in cvcv? I ask because I own domain swvw.net and is this considered a cvcv or a llll?

This is not a CVCV... the only other letter apart from a,e,i,o,u that sometimes may be considered a vowel is 'y'... and this is only because it can make words pronoucable.

I was asking, because I remembered my elementary school days. Singing the vowels! A,E,I,O,U and sometimes Y and double U. (W) lol
I went to school in California, explains a lot... hahahaha
